You agree that if you break any of our terms and conditions – or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website – you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that Mogadisi’s Medical Equipment Ltd – and any of our stakeholders – may incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees, if applicable.

Ordering:

When placing an order with Mogadisi’s Medical Equipment Ltd, you agree that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to order acceptance and product availability. However, Mogadisi’s Medical Equipment Ltd reserves the right to change the price of any medical product or solution at any time.

No contract for the sale of any medical product or solution will exist between you and Mogadisi’s Medical Equipment Ltd until we indicate acceptance of your order by dispatching the medical product or solution. Written confirmation of the contract will be by email. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your order. The confirmation email will detail the medical products or solutions ordered; the payment method; and the delivery method.

You must check the details of the confirmation email and contact us immediately if any of the details are incorrect.

Delivery:

We will process your order on the day of receipt or the next available working day.

The despatch of your order will occur within 3 to 7 working days, where the goods are available for dispatch within 4 to 6 weeks ex stock.

The products will be delivered to the address provided on the purchase order.

Delivery turnaround time may vary from time to time depending on the availability; the vast and specialist nature of medical products that the customer orders. Should your order not be delivered within 10 days, we will inform you by email or by your preferred medium of communication.

The items that you order may be delivered separately and therefore you may not receive your entire order in a single delivery. However, a single delivery charge will be due per single order.
